Eclectic Eccentricity is only a couple of years old, it is made by a lady with a passion for vintage jewellery, she loves reworking into old vintage jewellery, using old pieces of chain, charms, beads and pendants to create in her own words; ‘something new, eclectic and slightly eccentric’ and the best part is because they’re vintage they’re mostly one off pieces! Hoorah!

Each piece of jewellery whether it be a necklace, brooch or ring has a cute little message behind it, the necklace I have chosen to show you is called ‘Up, Up and Away! I stumbled across this new jewellery line called Alex and Chloe and thought it was a really interesting and unique!

If you have a pendant obsession you will love their collections as they specialise in necklaces with unusual pendants, such as blackened ring pulls off of cans, anchors, bows and skulls; not your usual pretty pendants but they’re really cool!

The materials they use for their pendants are either black, silver or gold mirrored acrylic or oxidised sterling silver, they often come on a sterling silver chain. All of the item prices are in dollars, and can be bought online for a small shipping fee!

Who’d of thought it? Philips and Swarovski have collaborated to produce a new line of jewellery with a function called ‘Active Crystals’! This collection is so amazing and provides the perfect gift ideas for Christmas so take note!

If you’re feeling fruity this season then I’ve found the perfect buy that’s sure to add bling to your wardrobe.

Strawberries are by far my favourite summer fruit so when I found out that Alex Curran was wearing this gorgeous, almost good enough to eat necklace I had to find out where she bought such a delight!! I finally tracked it down at www.bunnyhug.co.uk where you can choose from a variety of colours, although the life like red is the winner for me.

It’s a bit pricey at £65 but the vibrant colours and sparkling crystals will add that extra touch to any outfit, especially when teamed with the right bag and shoes. The necklace is from Kenneth Jay Lane’s collection, a popular choice among celebs.

This gorgeous little pendant is such a lovely idea; it is in the shape of a story book and allows you to keep the secrets of your love story close to your heart. The pendant is made from silver and has the words ‘My Love Story’ engraved on the front.

The item has been reduced from £13.99 to £6.99 but this is just for the pendant, the actual chain is extra and you can choose the style you want by using the drop down box above the image. However, if you choose not to purchase a chain you could use the pendant elsewhere like on a key ring or on a charm bracelet.

I am a big fan of pendant necklaces especially unique designs like this turtle shape. It is made from a brown wooden looking material with bronze diamantes and a long gold chain. I love the detail on the turtle; it really is stunning, dainty and elegant.

I can imagine wearing this with a boob tube top to really show off the pendant. The necklace, designed by Jolie Bijoux costs just £12 reduced from £15 and is available on the Treasure Box website.

The item can be delivered in 2 working days and comes beautifully wrapped in a little gift box, it is therefore ideal if you want to buy it for somebody as a birthday gift.

I am quite a fan of Lola Rose Jewellery, especially the pink breast cancer campaign pieces where 20% of the sale price goes towards the charity. This rose coloured open heart pendant on suede cord is a lovely addition to the collection and would look really nice with a cream outfit. The pendant isn’t too overpowering so you would be able to wear it with most things.

Mischa Barton was recently snapped wearing a strawberry pendant necklace by Kenneth Jay Lane both on the beach and around town. She is clearly very fond of it! At $169 it’s not exactly a high street priced item so we have found this very similar version at Lularii.com.

The necklace consists of a long silver chain and has a pink strawberry pendant attached. The pendant has genuine crystal studs in green, pink and white to glamour it up.

This version only costs £7.50 - bargain!

This modern heart bangle by Paloma Picasso would add the final touch to a simple, stylish outfit. The round diamond sparkles, the sterling silver looks expensive and the heart is rounded to perfection. For £255 this is probably not something you’d wear everyday, but save for special occasions.

A matching heart pendant is also available if the bangle alone is not enough for you, but at £215 I think I’d rather have one or the other!
