It would appear girls, that pearls have made an appearance back in the world of fashion. The delights of Geri Halliwell and Hilary Duff have recently been spotted wearing their newest pearl editions – either that or they have been dusting off old pearl accessories ready for their revival.
Pearls, depending on what you buy can be quite pricey but I’ve managed to track some great items that are really affordable so everyone can join the pearl fest!
This Vintage Vogue choker is stunning. Its actually hand made and consists of tiny seed pearls and larger ivory pearls. Its all very sophisticated and granted you wouldn’t wear an item like this everyday but I had to share it. It costs £59.99 and can be bought on line at Mad About Jewellery or if you are wanting something a littler more subtle the you could also find this White and Silver Pearl Royale Necklace for just £19.99 from the same website.

Personalised jewellery is fab in my opinion, it makes the item that little bit extra special and unique to you. Not only do I love the personal touch, but it appears that the fashion world has homed in on the trend potential.
Any of you Sex And The City fans will remember main character Carries personalised necklace and with the film about to begin I can feel a great Bradshaw wardrobe about to occur with this similar style necklace.
Its just £10 at Heidi Seeker where you can find 3 different name layouts depending on the length of your name. Choose from either a neon pink and green or a more glitzy sparkle green and pink finish. The whole necklace is very kitsch but I just love it and its so cheap, you just can’t resist.

With Geometric print being a huge trend this winter I thought I’d show you this great necklace that really reflects this hot new look! Personally I don’t think I can carry off those bold geometric prints and I also think its going to be one of those trends that won’t last particularly long so instead of splashing out on an expensive geo garment why not purchase this great necklace for just £9.99 from River Island, that way you can still look trendy without spending a fortune on a garment you will only wear once or twice!
I think this necklace would look great with black; the gorgeous orange gems will be perfect for spicing up that ‘LBD’ and will definitely make you stand out from the crowd!

The collection has everything you need for this seasons look including this irresistible silver Heart Charm Necklace which can be yours for just £29.50. I love the way the adorable charms are scattered all around the three chains. It’s a real catching piece, a true keepsake. It really will add that silver touch to any of the style sensations in the GD25 collection.

In every picture I’ve recently seen of Mischa Barton, I’ve fallen head over heels for her unique and classy necklaces.
Her latest find is this delicate wishbone necklace that has been designed and created by Jennifer Meyer and it seems to be a popular choice among all these lovelorn celebs. In reality though girls, if you want to be seen with one of these charms round your neck, you better start wishing hard as they cost a hefty $700 (approx. £350).
All is not lost though as I’ve found the perfect substitute at www.accessoriesonline.co.uk. It looks exactly the same on a 20″ gold chain but will cost you just £86.95. Its still quite pricey, but in comparison to the real thing you can’t really grumble.
So how lucky will you be this Christmas? will you get the real thing? – to be honest no one would ever know the difference!!

I’ve always been more of a fan of silver than gold – in fact my whole jewellery collection consists of silver, so I wanted to try and find a piece of gold jewellery that would add the wow factor to any outfit.
When I saw a picture of Mischa Barton modelling this elegant gold hummingbird necklace, I knew this would make a great start to my much needed gold collection. It s 22 carat gold plated and features in Alex Monroe’s Sunblossom collection that can be seen at Accessories Online.
The hummingbird is in fact handcrafted, measures 1.5 cm long and comes on a fine gold chain with a lobster clasp. It’s a bit pricey at £81.95 so might be worth waiting and adding to the Christmas list – it will definitely be featuring at the top of mine!!!

These Taken/Available Necklaces are great for a) those who don’t want any male attention or b) those who want as much male attention as possible! If you’re the kind of girl who likes playing it cool you probably wont be impressed by the ‘available’ necklace, which let’s face it, screams desperation! Then again it would be fun to wear both necklaces on different nights out and see the different response! If you’re on the look out for a man and want to get straight to the point, this may help you save time!
Paris Hilton seems keen on these necklaces too so get yourself over to ASOS to follow the trend. For only £8 for the two necklaces, these are a bargain! The drop down charms on the bottom right are also in the style of Paris Hilton’s, and the necklaces come in both gold and silver.

If you’re feeling fruity this season then I’ve found the perfect buy that’s sure to add bling to your wardrobe.
Strawberries are by far my favourite summer fruit so when I found out that Alex Curran was wearing this gorgeous, almost good enough to eat necklace I had to find out where she bought such a delight!! I finally tracked it down at www.bunnyhug.co.uk where you can choose from a variety of colours, although the life like red is the winner for me.
It’s a bit pricey at £65 but the vibrant colours and sparkling crystals will add that extra touch to any outfit, especially when teamed with the right bag and shoes. The necklace is from Kenneth Jay Lane’s collection, a popular choice among celebs.

This adorable charity charm necklace has been brought to us by Wallis in aid of Cancer Research UK. Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson, supermodel Kate Moss and British comic Catherine Tate all played a part in designing the charms to produce a great piece of fashionable jewellery for a very worthwhile cause!!
Each celebrity created a charm that took inspiration from their surroundings which gives it that extra personal touch. The heart design has been created by Catherine Tate, the lily by Scarlett Johansson, a very glamourous shoe by Christian Louboutin and a delicate swallow from Kate Moss.
This is a real unique and fun accessory, however you better move fast to get your hands on one as its limited edition with only 25,000 being produced. Its just £25 with £10 from every sale going to Cancer Research!!
