ASOS is coming to the end of it’s mid-season sale, but there are still some great bargains to be had, especially in the jewellery section.
there are some great Kenneth Jay Lane pieces in the sale. Obviously we’re still looking at the higher end of the price range scale, there are some great reductions. This Black and Tan Double Head Tiger Bangle is reduced from £70 to £42, so it’s almost half price. This is not a piece for the faint hearted – it’s a a wrap around bangle with 2 tiger heads. It’s a great statement piece and the orange, gold and black colours are really vivid and work well together.
If you fancy getting your hands (or wrist) round it then be quick, because the sale won’t last forever and pieces like this are bound to be snapped up quickly. Head over to ASOS and check out the other bargains to be had.

This Star Bangle by Robert Cavalli is certainly an eye catcher! It’s perfect for making a less than dazzling evening outfit come alive. Blue and gold are a match made in heaven, and the bold colour offsets the sparkly colour perfectly. It’s even got a sparkly metallic finish!
The detailing on the stars is also really intricate, with silver diamante gems and clear stones set on a textured gold background. The bangle is a nice chunky one, perfect for this season’s statement jewellery trend, and for the really daring why not team it with some other bangles as well. Remember to go easy on other accessories though, you don’t want to be too weighed down.
The Robert Cavalli Star Bangle costs £290 and is available from Net-a-Porter.

Bangles are back – and the rule is the more the better – have them stacked up all the way to your elbow!
Topshop have got some great bangle sets that feature different designs and widths of bangles to give that ‘just wear them all’ look we’ve been seeing this season.
One Multi Bangle Set costs £10, and you’ll get enough there to easily fill up your arm for an on-trend statement look. You can get them in a gold or silver, or get both sets and mix and match them. Remember to stick to just one arm though – even the over the top look has it’s limits!
Head over to the Topshop website or have a look instore and adorn your arm!

I’ve been avoiding Accessorize for a while, as the prices seemed to be going up and up and the quality was getting worse and worse. But it seems that finally the company have got themselves back on track and reduced those rocketing prices.
This Plain Gold Bangle is only £5 and is great for adding detail to a simple outfit. The faded colour gives it a vintage look, and the embossed design makes it look worth a lot more than £5. If you’re lucky enough to be sporting a summer suntan, the colour of the bangle would offset it perfectly.
Accessorize have also got some great bargains on thinner bangles, you can pick up 12 (almost an entire armful!) for just £4.
Head to your local store or browse online.

Bright tropical accessories are a must for the spring and these Christian Lacroix bangles are perfect to jazz up a simple outfit, especially the pink version. The rounded cuffs have the crystal initials ‘CL’ and a signature stamp on the inside. The black cuff is nude on the underside and the pink cuff has a black underside.
At £295 each, they’re not the cheapest accessories around but you have to admit they are fabulous! Both the pink crystal logo cuff and the black crystal logo cuff can be bought at Net-a-porter.

If you need to brighten up a simple outfit try adding some chunky decorative bangles to liven things up a bit. I have just been browsing on the Oasis website and found some stunning items that would be great for the summer months. First off I found this Tribal stretch bracelet and its only £8, it would look great accompanied by some smaller wooden bangles and looks more expensive than it actually is.
I also saw this cute Escape chunky mosaic bangle in red for £10 which would definitely add a bit of colour to your outfit. The bracelets can be worn day or night with a casual or more dressy outfit and are perfect to wear with a short sleeved top so you can really show them off!
For more beautiful bangles at Oasis, visit one of their stores or shop online now if you can’t wait!

If you walk around any shopping centre you will see floral designs plastered all over the manikins and dressing room hangers. I can’t quite believe it but is seems flower power has returned. It doesn’t stop at clothing either, many stores have stocked up on flower inspired jewellery too. These three pieces from Topshop will give you a good idea what to expect when you next venture out on a shopping trip.
The first (left) is a Vintage Look Flower Necklace costing £10, superb to accompany a plain black dress or simple outfit. The second is an Embossed Flower Bangle (£8), beautifully designed and perfect to wear as a single piece to show off the unique detail.
Last but not least and my personal favourite is a Stone Set Flower Ring (also £8), perfect to add a bit of bling to your finger! Get into your floral prints this spring, they’re going to be huge.

In today’s way of living, communication is key and with technology ever expanding we all seem to appear to be actually talking to each other less. It’s all about texting and emailing and now it would appear we may have to communicate through jewellery.
Disaya have brought this fun but effective ‘call me’ bangle to the face of fashion. What better way to say what you mean without actually having to open your mouth, it’s a real fashion statement and I love it!! It would look great with a simple tee and jeans to help create a perfect spring casual look.
The bangle is featured on www.asos.com and is solid enamel with a gold finish and embossed crystals – very classy!! It’s not cheap at £90.00 but could prove to be priceless if it helps you catch the man of your dreams.

These set of beauties are absolutely stunning!! I love the combination of the colours – definitely a hot look this season.
The actual colours are known as Jade and Ivory are bought to us by famous jewellery designer Kenneth Jay Lane, so yes they do have a hefty price tag at £70.00. They also have a small gold plaque with a KJL emblem on the back to help justify their price.
Piling on the bangles and beads is all part of this seasons chic tribal look. What makes these Kenneth Jay Lane Oval bangle set so great is that they have an uneven finish so they can be worn together or separately – I can’t imagine why anyone would want to separate these beauties though!! All you need to do to become a proud owner is log on to www.net-a-porter.com and start flashing your cash.

Well girls after hectic xmas and new year celebrations there is only one thing left to look forward too – the January sales of course!! Get those purses out and spend whatever is left over after the xmas spending spree – not much in my case!!
I think jewellery makes a great sale purchase as most items remain in fashion and you’re unlikely to ever grow out of it – always a bonus, unlike with clothes after one too many mince pies over the festive period.
Net-a-porter has reduced a huge selection of goodies and although their pieces can be quite pricey, if you’re after a good quality designer item then they’re definitely worth a visit.
These Citrine by the Stones Peace bangles really caught my eye. I love the use of bright colours to help cheer up these dull dark winter days. They are gold plated and come in green, blue and white and each are inscribed with ‘Peace for Cambodia’ on the inside. They have a whopping 30% off with a sale price of £94.50. All you have to do is sit down, log on and browse these gorgeous jewellery reductions.
