When I say chunky cuffs I’m not talking about shirt cuffs, I’m talking about about great fashion statements in the form of a bracelet. They seem to be the must have item out there in celebville with a great metallic cuff seen on Sienna Miller, a punky studded look for Hilary Duff and a more ornate delight spotted on Fergie.
