This candy cute necklace is one of the best pieces of jewellery I have seen all summer. There have been so many cheap looking attempts at girly pastel coloured jewellery with cutesy themes such as love hearts and cup cakes but this piece gets everything right.

The acrylic is the perfect material for this style of jewellery – it achieves the plastic toy look while still looking like a well made piece. The colours are bright and contrast well. It only uses three colours but to great effect, this is so much better than some of the garish examples that use every colour in the rainbow and I can’t think of a chain that fits better than the candy pink dog tag.
