Top celebs Chloe Sevigny, Carrie Underwood, Nicole Richie, Eva Longoria and Paris Hilton all stepped out in gorgeous sweetheart neckline dresses complimented by stunning gold or silver bangles. My favourite dress has to be Nicole Richie’s, although it is quite plain it looks both elegant and stunning.

Onto the bangles… my personal favourite is the CZ Silver Bangle Set (top right). It is available at Winknyc.com for $48 which includes all three. The bangles have oversize CZ stones and a matte silver finish, perfect for finishing off any evening dress or outfit.
